Deposits are credited to your b9b9 wallet upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. b9b9 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same PKR payment method used to fund the account, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
